[Socal] July 15th Bonfire Details

I love Butches…… but sometimes a Femme has to Top them and take charge.  I gave Stud all the details regarding the Bonfire and I think he quickly forgot them.  
 
So here are the intricate details for the Bonfire next weekend.
 
The bonfire will be held at Bolsa Chica.  This State Park is at the North End of Huntington Beach. It is very close to Sunset Beach.  Here are the directions.. http://www.parks.ca.gov/lat_long_map/default.asp?lvl_id=282
 
 
The entry fee is $10 per car.  It must be in Cash, so be prepared.  Once you enter into the park, stay to your right.  Follow the road, past 5 parking lots.  You will see on the parking lot driveways numbers.  
 
We will be at driveways 24 & 25.  Lifeguard station 26.  It is the second to last parking lot before the North exit. Look for the B/F flag and later on in the afternoon there will be black and red balloons.  
 
Bolsa Chica does not allow pallets to be burned.  Pallets must be chopped up.  A lot of wood is needed, so we need everyone to bring some wood. (Yeah, I know what all the Butches are thinking, but I don’t think they want us to burn “their” wood).  Everyone is also asked to bring munchies to share.  I have the marshmallows and chocolate for S’mores.   There will be at least one motor home there, Thanks Mel…. Alcohol is not permitted on the beach.  My personal thoughts……….. be creative.
 
Some of us will be making a day of it and will be there by 10am.  If you want to join us, the more the merrier.  This park is windy, great for flying kites.  There will be a pop-up also, so you can get out of the sun.
 
The bonfire will start at around 8pm.  No entry is permitted in the park after 9pm and the park closes at 11pm.  If you play a musical instrument, please bring it.
 
There are two hotels in the area that still have rooms as of yesterday.  These hotels are less than a mile from the bonfire pit.  
 
SanatraInn.com has rooms with two beds in each room ranging from $99 – $119.

Sunday morning around 10:30 we are planning on going into Long Beach, approximately a 30 minute drive to Choices (previously Hamburger Mary’s).  They have a Sunday brunch with bottomless mimosas for $12.95, but the highlight of the brunch is “The Brunchettes” a wonderful Drag show.  
 
Stud, I love you………… but buddy, you got to work on getting all the info out there. ;)
