Rasa, it is with heartfelt sadness that I learned of Chole's passing.
  Losing one's pet can cause a loneliness unlike any other.
  We know death is certain, yet it remains hard to accept.
  I know you are grateful for the many happy years you two shared.
  With your strength and courage I am hoping for a speedy adjustment
  to your new situation.

  Wanted to give you an update about things. 
   
  I've been delaying posting anything about the August bonfire because up until last week it was still up in the air if Ulysses would be coming to SD or not. Don't worry we haven't had a falling out or anything like that but rather Ulysses has some personal business hy needs to attend to and wouldn't be able to fit a trip out to CA in to hys schedule. Hy is just as disappointed as you all are, its an unfortunate turn of events but not much Uly can do about it. However our plans to attend the Vegas Bash are still on so we hope to see many of you there!!!  
   
  However not all is lost... I will be attending Margo & Ang's Labor Day party and Ulysses will be sending goodies for me to serve up a proper Ulster Fry for breakfast one morning :-) 
   
  I had been thinking of hosting a bonfire in August anyway but after checking my work schedule have decided against it. The main factor is I have major work deadlines coming up in the next six weeks and then again in late September/early October... add to that I'll starting home improvement projects and my schedule will be packed.
   
  I will see how things look towards schedule-wise towards the end of October/early November... perhaps we can do a bonfire the weekend after Halloween??
