Ok guys!  Here it is!!!  Rasa just posted on the site tonight and here's the official announcement here!!!  I wanna see a bunch of you out there on the bay!!!!!

It’s that time of year again!!! 
 
 Time has come once again
 For SoCal butches and femmes 
 To gather ‘round dance by the fire
 Fun for all is our only desire 
 Come join us for a chill out Saturday
 Twilight lights sparkling across Mission Bay
 With Crack recently returned from hys cross-country drive 
 With the lovely tres-rouge by hys side
 So please come and join in with me
 To welcome the latest addition to our SoCal  family 
 
 That’s right
 it’s SAN DIEGO BEACH BONFIRE TIME!!!    
 
 Saturday June 10th 
 2pm - ???
 Mission Bay @ Sunset Point the south side of Mission Bay (near Dana Landing Resort) 
 (for those who came to my last bonfire it's the same place we ended up at when we discovered the fire rings were removed) 
 
 I’ll have a BBQ fired up with burgers to grill and a volleyball net set up on the lawn. If you don’t wish to have burgers please feel free to bring something else to grill.  
 
 BYOB and please bring something to share be it food or paper plates or condiments etc.  I’ll get a list going and updated here. 
 
 For example we’ll need coolers with ice, paper plates and utensils, condiments, chips, etc. 
 
 Tommi has volunteered to bring a truck load of wood and any additional help from someone with a truck to help collect pallets would be much appreciated. The more wood we have the longer we can enjoy the evening.  
 
 I’ll also be passing ‘round the hat so we can make a donation to  for without them this wouldn’t be possible.  
 
 FROM I-5 SOUTH
 
 I-5 SOUTH to SEA WORLD DRIVE exit- EXIT 21
  
 Turn RIGHT onto SEA WORLD DR. for 1.6 miles    
  
 Once past Sea World look for signage for W. MISSION BAY DR. 
 
 Stay to the right to go onto ramp for W. MISSION BAY DR.     
  
 Merge onto W MISSION BAY DR. 
  
 Follow signs to loop around and make SLIGHT RIGHT onto ramp 
  
 Merge onto W MISSION BAY DR. 0.3 miles  
  
 First traffic light is QUIVIRA RD./ DANA LANDING RD. turn RIGHT onto DANA LANDING RD.
 
 Make immediate LEFT at first drive and follow signs for SUNSET POINT
 
 Drive will lead to small parking lot, we will be at one of the nearby fire rings along the Bay, look for rainbow flag.
 
 
 FROM I-5 NORTH OR I-8 EAST
 
 From I-5 North to I-8 West toward BEACHES, for 1.3 miles   
  
 Exit W. MISSION BAY DR/SPORTS ARENA BLVD., stay in right 2 lanes   
  
 Turn RIGHT onto W. MISSION BAY DR. for 0.7 miles 
 
 Follow signage for W MISSION BAY DRIVE and turn SLIGHT RIGHT onto ramp 
  
 Merge onto W MISSION BAY DR. 0.3 miles  
 
 First traffic light is QUIVIRA RD./ DANA LANDING RD. turn RIGHT onto DANA LANDING RD.
