Tasha was a bit abrupt sometimes, but I think that is intended to show
her ambivalence about dating Alice. I think the actress actually does a
pretty fair job of conveying Tasha's stiffness and discomfort, with
hints of the noble character and softness underneath.
Is Carmen gone for good? I hope they touch on her story now and then; I
liked her character, and having lived through a similar experience, I
identified with her and am curious about how she is coping with
everything. In my completely biased, jaded opinion, Shane has just lost
much of her appeal, having slid back to hopping the nearest soft thing.
I hope her character doesn't fall back to that two-dimensionality again.
Bette, on the other hand, is becoming more intriguing as she reveals
different aspects of her character. She's the reason I watch the L
word, and there is never enough Bette in any episode.

Hi....
Shane and the blonde (I forget her name right now), wasn't that LP
action just too quick on the table. Tasha, hmmm she is a little rude to
Alice sometimes, maybe just poor communication skills... she isn't the
best actress, has anyone else noticed that? But.... when she looks at
Alice, she is baking some cookies! It looks convincing that she wants
her, Alice seems a little shy so far with her. Tina and Bette... I
think they might get back together, actually I thought this a while
ago... but..when Bette finds out that Tina slipped up to Kit, who knows.
