[Socal] Hot Flashes and what to do?

Hello to anyone that has experienced hot
flashes...what to do? What do you do when you get 15
hot flashes in a 24 hour period and they've gotten to
the point of being annoying? Waking up 3 times a night
having to lay in front of the fan is starting to get
on my nerves. Does anyone have any advice or a website
to go to for info? Thank You.....
